We try to provide the best parts at the best price. Because of this, we will not be held responsible for any discrepancies in photos, descriptions or price that may occur from variations in products sent to us by our vendors.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase we are here to assist. You have 10 business days from the date you receive your order to return your items. All items that have the original, undamaged packageing will have a 15% restock fee. If they DO NOT have the original packaging or the packaging is damaged, they will be subject to a 25% restock fee.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
Upon receipt of the item, it will be inspected and we will notify you of the status of your return. The refund will be initiated within one business day to the credit card used for the initial purchase.
You will be responsible for paying shipping cost for the returned item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If on the off chance there is a problem with your order, we will pay for the cost of shipping to return the defective part. If we determine there is NOT a problem with the part we will contact you and give you the following options:
- Ship the item back to you at your cost, plus the cost of the original return shipping.
- Give a refund of the part minus the cost of the original return shipping.
We are unable to respond to any submissions that are not directly related to product repairs, returns, and/or shipping issues.
